Does Elliotts Buy from the public?

We most certainly do. We are always buying from the public. To receive an obligation free quote please follow the simple steps outlined on our “Sell to us” page. We will get back to you in a matter of hours.

What happens if the coin I want is out of stock?

Although our stock is extensive, we do sell out on our stocked items at times. Rest assured, we are constantly buying behind the scenes and will restock ASAP. See a higher end coin that you missed out on? Feel free to reach out via the “Contact Us” page and we will see what we can do (we do not list all our stock on this website).

How do Elliotts ship products and what is the charge for the buyer?

We take great care in protecting all products during packaging and ensure complete discretion regarding package contents. All purchases are currently shipped using AusPost. Orders over $300 include free express shipping. All other shipping prices are calculated at checkout but range from $5 to $19

Does Elliotts Ship internationally?

We certainly do. If you are an international buyer, simply follow the steps at checkout!

What happens if I’m not happy with my purchase?

As per our returns policy, if your purchase is not as photographed or described, you will be entitled to a full refund. We will always be reasonable with our buyers; however, a change of heart upon receipt is not an acceptable reason for a return. Considering the level of detail with which coins can be viewed prior to purchase (thanks to our spinning shots), disagreements on grading upon receipt also do not qualify for a refund.
